Winemaking

Traditional. The grapes are put into tank and destemmed. Maceration lasts during about 10 days.

Tasting notes

A greedy red wine, natural fruit with purple tints. Fresh red fruits notes (cherries, raspberries) and spices. Accompaniment advice: Will go well with cured meat, bowls, white meats, grilled fishes and fresh cheeses (Picodon, Perail).
