Terroir
The Terra Vitis wine grower takes care of his vineyard. He finds out the best method to enhance its natural defences and limit intervention to the bare minimum.

Grapes varieties
50% Chardonnay; 50% Sauvignon

Winemaking
Direct pressing. Tank winemaking with temperature control between 15-16°C to develop aromas. The wines are then racked.

Tasting notes
Elegant and complex white wine with citrus, banana and exotic fruits notes. Nice acidity in the mouth. Accompaniment advices: Will go well with seafood and fishes.

Ready to drink now.
