The Terra Vitis wine grower takes care of his vineyard. He finds out the best method to enhance its natural defences and limit intervention to the bare minimum.
Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault.
Vineyards: Leaf spraying. After pressing, must settling, cold stabilization during 6 days to develop aromas. Winemaking with perfect temperature control between 16-18°C and then 15°C at the end of alcoholic fermentation. The wines are then racked.
Noble grape varities Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault. Greedy rose wine, fresh fruit, natural, raspberry to bluish tints. Small red fruits notes (raspberries and wild strawberries). Accompaniment advice: Will go well with cured meat, bowls, white meats, grilled fishes and fresh cheeses (Picodon, Pérail).
