Parcel selection of the vineyard, locality « Font Cerise ». Optimal maturity.
Tasting notes
Crimson color. Nose very present, round tannins. Morello cherry and small red fruits aroma. Accompaniment Advice : Serve between 16-18°C with a curdmeat plate, barbecue or cheese.
Ageing Potential
Ready to drink. Can be kept 2 years.
