Parcel Selection of the vineyard, locality “Font Cerise”. Optimal Maturity.
Tasting notes
Crimson color. Nose very present, round tannins. Morello cherry and small red fruits aroma. Accompaniment advice: Serve between 16-18°C with a cured meat plate, barbecue or cheese.
Ageing Potential
To be enjoyed between 16-18°C with a plate of cold meats, grilled meats and cheeses.
