Tasting notes

Dry white wine presenting a shiny golden yellow color. Nose offering vanilla and grilled aromas resulting from barrel, which continues in the mouth. Power and refinement of the Chardonnay Raised in barrel. Accompaniment advices: This typical wine will accompany beautifully your appetizers of Provençal specialties, cooked fishes (roasted sea bream) and white meats. Serve at around 12°c.
