Terroir
The clay-limestone soils of the vineyard allow the production of a supple and fruity wine.
Mediterranean climate (a period of high sunshine in Spring and Autumn, and maximum sunshine in Summer).
Grapes varieties
Carignan – 50%, Syrah – 30%, Merlot – 20%
Winemaking
Thermovinification and filtration with rotary filters. Low temperature fermentation to preserve the aromas.
Tasting notes
Garnet red colour, amyl nose, supple and silky on the palate.
Accompanies: Cold meats, grilled meats and white meats.
