Terroir
South of France- 10 km from Nimes, the Roman City. Old terrace covered with colluvium clay and limestone. Elevation: 50-80m. Average of the vines: 15 years.

Grapes varieties
Syrah 70%, Grenache 15% & Carignan 15%.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. They are then destemmed and cold-macerated for a longer or shorter period depending on the desired colour intensity. After pressing adapted to the different grape varieties and settling, the must ferments with temperature control to favour the expression of the fruit.

Tasting notes
Low bodied red wine with red fruits aromas (strawberry, cherry) and soft tannins in mouth. Serve at around 12-16°C. Accompaniment Advice: Will go well with cured meats, pate, white meats, grilled fishes or white butter fishes.
