Grapes varieties
Syrah (80%), Grenache (20%).
Winemaking
Selection of old vines with a weak yield. Harvesting with 100% picking off. Temperature control, 21 days fermentation pumping over and release frequent.
Tasting notes
Wine with a deep red colour. This wine expresses a lot of consistence and inside life from the visual aspects. It’s aroma is at the same time powerful with touches of red fruits and spice. In the mouth, it’s dense, smooth and silky. Our suggestion: A provençal braised meat, a thym veal leg, an apple black puding fricassee, some Roquefort cheese.
