Terroir
Pebbly soil with a deep leach layer and a clayey accumulation.

Grapes varieties
Syrah (40%), Grenache (40%), Mourvèdre (20%).

Winemaking
Selected into parcells. 100% picked up from the harvesting bunch. Grape skin fermentation.

Tasting notes
The colour is light and shiny. Very intense aroma of red berries and strawberries. In the mouth it’s a very pleasant wine with pulpy and fruity touches. The final taste is coated with a well present freshness. 8/10°.

Ageing Potential
To be enjoyed within a year of bottling.
