Terroir
50hl per hectare from 15 hectares. Urgonian limestone scree and ancient alluvia.

Grapes varieties
Grenache 70%, Syrah 30%.

Winemaking
Parcel selection of the vineyard. Optimal maturity. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperatures control (1 month approximately).

Tasting notes
A clear shimmering ruby red. The delicate nose offers aromas of stewed red fruit and warm spices. Freshness and elegance in the mouth dominated by morello cherry and a little smokiness. Velvety and harmonious on the palate. Serve at 12° C.

Ageing Potential
2 – 3 years.
