Hillsides of silty and sandy soil. 30-40 hl/Ha.
60% Syrah 30% Grenache 10% Marselan.
Selection divided into parcels. Optimal maturity. Destemmed grapes. Long maceration in steel vats with temperature control (around 1 month). Extraction of the colour and structure.
Deep robe with purple tints. Structured wine with complex spicies aromas of black fruits (black cherries, blackcurrant, violet). Toasty notes, good tannins. Ample, generous and silky palate with round and smooth final.
Ready to drink now. Can be kept for 5 years.
