Pebbly soil with a deep leach layer and a clayey accumulation.

Grapes varieties
Roussanne (60%), Grenache (40%).

Winemaking
Night picking. Grape skin fermentation. Cold settling then pumping over frequent. Low temperature fermentation.

Tasting notes
Golden colour with shiny lights. Exotic taste with some white flower touches. In the mouth it feels rich, heavy and smooth. 8/10°.

Ageing Potential
To be enjoyed within a year of bottling.
