Details of the wine
Clay limestone pebbly soil. 30-40hl/ha.
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah.
Destemmed grapes. Selection divided into parcels. Long maceration in steel vats with temperature control (around 1 month). Extraction of the colour and structure.
With a lovely shimmering ruby, the nose is fruity and spicy. The mouth is fresh and well balanced with harmonious tannins.
