Terroir
Old terrace covered with colluvium clay and limestone.
Cépage
Pinot noir.
Vinification
After a parcel selection of the vinyard, on the locality “Font Cerise”, the grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe.
Dégustation
Crimson color. Nose very present, round tannins. Morello cherry and small red fruits aromas. Accompaniment advices: Serve between 16-18°C with cured meat plate, barbecue or cheese.
Ageing Potential
Ready to drink now. Can be kept for 4 years.
