Details of the wine
The soils are highly typical of the Costières de Nîmes appellation with smooth stones, called grès.
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
The grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe, at night to preserve the aromas. After pressing followed by settling, the must is fermented at controlled temperatures to enhance the expression of the fruit. When alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and left to mature in refrigerated vats.
A delicate rose-petal pink with bright highlights, this rosé develops aromas of citrus fruit and pink grapefruit in the nose. The mouth is supple and balanced.
