Terroir
Typical Costières de Nîmes, rolled pebbles. The three most beautiful plots of land of two winegrowers, M.CHRISTOL ( 2 plots ) and M.ANGELRAS ( 1 plot ) cultivated in Reasoned Agriculture.
Grapes varieties
90% Syrah, 10% Grenache.
Winemaking
Harvested at optimal maturity, traditional vinification with punching down at the foot. Unfiltered vintage.
Tasting notes
Nose with spicy cocoa and liquorice notes typical of Rhodanian Syrah. On the palate, complexity and beautiful structure, silky tannins and aromas of jammy red fruits such as blackberry and cherry. Nice acidity, revealing a good ageing potential.

Ready to drink. Cellaring potential up to 5 years.
