Details of the wine
The limestone clay soils of the vineyard allow the production of a supple and fruity wine. Mediterranean climate (a period of significant sunshine in spring and in autumn, and maximum sunshine in summer).
Carignan – 50%, Syrah – 30%, Merlot – 20%.
Direct pressing and filtration with rotary filters. Low-temperature fermentation to enhance the aromas.
Deep red colour. Amylic nose, smooth mouth. Accompaniement advices: Goes well with white meat and barbecues.
Ready to drink now, to be enjoyed within 12 months to fully appreciate freshness and fruit.
