Terroir
The clay-limestone soils of the vineyard allow the production of a supple and fruity Vin de France.
Mediterranean climate (a period of high sunshine in Spring and Autumn, and maximum sunshine in Summer).

Winemaking
Thermovinification and filtration with rotary filters. Low temperature fermentation to preserve the aromas.

Tasting notes
Garnet red colour, amyl nose, supple and silky on the palate.
Accompanies: Cold meats, grilled meats and white meats.
