Limestone scree and ancient alluvia. 40-45hl/ha.
Grapes varieties
30 % Syrah and 70 % Grenache.
Winemaking
Parcel selection of the vineyard. Optimal maturity. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperatures control (1 month approximately).
Tasting notes
Lovely clear shimmering ruby. The nose is delicate and owners aromas of red fruit and warm spices. The mouth is velvety, fresh and elegant with harmonious tannins and a definite touch of smokiness. Enjoy with red meat, barbecues, cheese.
Ageing Potential
Ready to drink now but will keep for 3 years.
