Terroir
The owner named this estate of 67ha after his son. 35ha are planted with AOC vines. It is on the edge of the ancient town of Nîmes. Terra Vitis certified. The soils are highly typical of the appellation with large smooth stones from alluvial deposits from the Rhone and Durance rivers on a clay-limestone subsoil.

Grenache.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvest at optimal maturity and always destemmed. After a cold maceration, the juice is racked from the tank. The alcohol fermen¬tation begins after a cold settling on control temperature in order to favor the fruit expression.
Tasting notes
This white has a frank and brilliant colour. A flattering nose with scents of white fruits. The attack on the palate is lively, the development is smooth and fruity.
