Tasting notes
With a purple color and bright reflections, Mr Paul has an intense nose of red fruits (raspberry) and notes of sweet spices (cardamom). Its mouth, rich, balanced and round offers aromas of fresh berries (Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry). Finally, a hint of fresh pepper brings freshness and vivacity to the wine.
Pairing advices: This Grenache can easily be served with a terrine, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meat (lamb) or meat in sauce. It will also go well with a dessert based on red fruits.
