Terroir
Parcels are located in the plains of Saint-Hilaire d’Ozilhan and Castillon-du-Gard, which are bordered by the Gardon on sandy and pebbly soils. Yield: 30hl/ha in 2017 (maximum yield of the appellation: 51 hl/ha).

Winemaking
Traditional winemaking in concrete tanks. Pumping-over for extraction of aromatic, chromatic and structuring molecules. Total malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
A clear shimmering ruby red. The nose offers aromas of fresh dark fruits and a touch of soft spices. The mouth is full and powerful with blackberry notes set off by white pepper shades. Enjoy with red meats and mature cheese.
Ageing Potential
Will keep for 5 years.
