Siliceous clay and smooth stones.
70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre and Cinsault.
Traditional winemaking : – Inox and concrete tank – 4 weeks of low temperature maceration – pumping-over, punching of the cap and release.
This Châteauneuf du Pape has a beautiful purple colour and reveals an expressive nose with ripe red fruit and spice scents. The round and suave palate brings sweet flavours of black fruits, spices and vanilla. It will be the ideal companion of grilled red meats, lamb stir-fries, spicy dishes and cheeses.
