Details of the wine
Terroir
The soils are very typical of the Appellation with large rolled pebbles coming from the alluvial deposits of the Rhône and Durance rivers resting on clay-limestone soil.
Grapes varieties
The grape varieties are typical of the appellation: 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. They are then destemmed and cold-macerated for a longer or shorter period depending on the desired colour intensity. After pressing adapted to the different grape varieties and settling, the must ferments with temperature control to favour the expression of the fruit.
