De-stemmed harvest, juice from bleeding on fresh harvest or direct pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature: 16 °C.
Tasting notes
Bright pale pink colour. The nose is intense with floral and fruity fragrances. Sweet and syrupy on the palate with red berries. This wine will be delightful with starters, cooked pork meats and grilled meats, or simply as an aperitif.
To be served at 12°.
