Selection of 2 plots for a blend of 2 terroirs: sandy soil in the commune of Saint Laurent d'Aigouze and clay soil in the commune of Marsillargues.

Grapes varieties
Chardonnay.

Winemaking
Grapes harvested at optimum ripeness for sparkling wine, direct pressing, first fermentation in epoxy concrete vats at low temperature to preserve all aromas, second fermentation in the Charmat method for the setting of foam.

Tasting notes
Golden color. Nose combines citrus zest with floral notes. Fresh, well-balanced palate, round and full-bodied.
