This wine offers a beautiful ruby-red color; red berries notes (blackcurrant), “Garrigue” aromas. Round and melted tannins with a typical ending. To be served at around 16-18°C. Accompaniement Advice: This wine will accompany beautifully your roasted poultry (stuffed capon), your red meat and your cheese (Chaource).
