Terroir
Escarpments with very poor soil of deep scree and scattered sand and stone. 30-40hl/ha.
Grapes varieties
30 % Syrah et 70 % Grenache.
Winemaking
Parcel selection of the vineyard. Optimal maturity. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperatures control (1 month approximately).
Tasting notes
The mouth is fresh, full and silky with flavours of wild fruit and garrigue. A smooth robust wine. Deep and dense in colour. Will ideally accompany your red meat and sauce dishes and cheeses.
Ageing Potential
Ready to drink now but will keep for 3 years.
