The grapes are harvested then destemmed. First juice on fresh harvested. Cold settling. Low temperature fermentation.
Tasting notes
Clear pink litchee color. Expressive nose. Floral notes followed by red fruits. Mouth is fresh and perfectly balanced. Serve at cool temperature around 12°c.
