Terroir
The clay-limestone soils of the vineyard allow the production of a supple and fruity vin de pays. Mediterranean climate (a period of strong sunshine in Spring and Autumn, and maximum sunshine in Summer).

20% Viognier
Winemaking
Direct pressing and filtration with rotary filters, fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
Tasting notes
Brilliant colour, intense nose of white flowers. Accompanies : Seafood and fish platters.
