Terroir
10 ha of vines of 10 years old
located on the plain of Castillon du Gard, south facing on poor
clay-limestone and sandy soils stony spreads. Warm, dry and
sunny climate ideal for a perfect maturity.
Grapes varieties
40% Viognier 25% Grenache 25% Marsanne 10% Roussanne
Winemaking
Parcel selection in the vineyard. Optimum ripeness. Grapes harvested at night.
Free-run juice from direct pressing. Static settling and vinication under
controlled temperature in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes
An elegant wine with a pale yellow colour and notes of stone fruit,
citrus and a touch of spice. Well-balanced on the palate, silkfully combining
richness and sharpness.
Ageing Potential
Ready to drink. Can be kept for 1 year.
