South of France – 10 Km from Nîmes, the Roman city. Old terrace covered with colluvium clay and limestone. Elevation : 50 – 80 m. Average age of vines : 15 years.

Direct pressing of the grapes (pneumatic presses).
Tasting notes
Firm yellow robe with green reflections. White flower notes highlighted by wild juicy peach. Round and fleshy mouth.
