Terroir
This wine comes from vines grown on terraces above the Rhone. Mix of different terroir, some of them have pebbly soil.
Grapes varieties
45% Clairette, 35% Grenache Blanc & 20% Roussanne.
Winemaking
Skin-maceration and cold-pre-fermentation, drained juices on fresh harvest, cold settling, low-temperature fermentation at 14°C.
Tasting notes
Lovely pale golden yellow. Floral nose, highly expressive ending on a touch of pear notes. Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity. Well balanced the finish takes on aromas of apple. True enjoyment! Perfect for aperitifs, white meats and cheeses.
Ageing Potential
Can be enjoyed now but will keep for 1 year.
