Terroir
Limestone scree and ancient alluvia. 40 to 50 hl/Ha.

Grapes varieties
70% Grenache & 30% Syrah

Winemaking
After a parcel selection of the vinyard, the grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe then destemmed and trod. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperature control (1 month approximately).

Tasting notes
With a lovely shimmering ruby, the mouth is fruity (red fruits, soft spices) and has great finesse.
Accompaniment advice: Mountain cured meats, barbecues and cheeses. Serve at around 18°c.

Ageing Potential
Can be enjoyed now but will keep for 2 years.
