Details of the wine
The clay and limestone soils of the vineyard allow the production of a wine of country flexible and fruity. Mediterranean climate (a period of sunshine in Spring and Autumn, and maximum sunshine in summer).
Vermentino 40%, Ugni blanc 40% & Viognier 20%.
Direct pressing and filtration with rotary filters, fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
Vivid and fresh white wine with flowers and citrus aromas. Serve at around 12°C. Accompaniment advices :Will go well with seafood, grilled fishes or its own for aperitif.
