Vinification
Traditionnal winemaking 100% desteemed harvest, daily pumping-over. 15-20 days maceration.
Macération 15-20 jours.

Dégustation
Fined nose with delicate red fruits/berries aromas. Garnet-red color with shinny glints. Soft and silky mouth with a good persistency.

Ageing Potential
Ready to drink, can be kept for 3 years.
