Terroir
The limestone clay soils of the vineyard allow the production of a supple and fruity wine. Mediterranean climate (a period of significant sunshine in spring and in autumn, and maximum sunshine in summer).
Grapes varieties
Viognier – 50%, Grenache Blanc – 50%.
Winemaking
Direct pressing and filtration with rotary filters. Low-temperature fermentation to enhance the aromas.
Tasting notes
Shinny color, intense white flowers nose. Accompaniement advices: Seafood platters and fish.

Ready to drink now, to be enjoyed within 12months to fully appreciate freshness and fruit.
