Winemaking
Early Harvest to protect the wine from oxidation and enhance freshness.
Direct pressing.
Alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation. Racking and maturing on the lees to provide fatness and protect the wine.

Vibrant raspberry robe.
Expressive nose with buttery notes of peach and red fruits.
Aromas of strawberry and raspberry in the mouth. Round and greedy wine.
