Terroir
Stony limestone scree and ancient alluvial deposits. 40 to 50 hl/Ha.

Grapes varieties
30 % Syrah et 70 % Grenache.

Winemaking
Parcel selection in the vineyard. Optimum ripeness. Grapes de-stemmed and crushed. Long maceration in stainless steel vats with temperature control (about 1 month). Careful extraction of colour and structure.

Tasting notes
This wine has a beautiful dark ruby colour. Suave, the mouth is mixed with both fruity (red fruits) and spicy (sweet spice) notes. A wine to be enjoyed with your mountain charcuteries, grilled meats and cheeses of character.
To be drunk at around 18°c.
