50hl/ha approximately.

Grapes varieties
40% Grenache Blanc, 36% Viognier, 15% Clairette & 9% Roussanne.

Winemaking
Direct pressing on fresh grapes, cold settling, fermentation at low temperature: 14° C.

Tasting notes
Beautiful pale golden yellow colour. Floral and fruity nose, very expressive on a slightly linden-tree finish. Round and fat on the palate, this wine stands out thanks to a nice acidity. Well-balanced on the palate. A pleasure !
Serve at 10-12°.
