Terroir
Pebbly soil with a deep leach layer and a clayey accumulation.

Grapes varieties
75% Syrah, 25% Grenache.

Winemaking
Selected into parcels. Harvesting with 100% picking off. Temperature control, 21 days fermentation pumping over and release frequent.

Tasting notes
Wine with a deep red colour. Complex nose with touches of candied fruits, pepper and violet. In the mouth it’s round and well-balanced. The final taste is very delicate. Our suggestion: A Leg of Lamb in a pastry case or a roasted capon. Serve at 15 à 18°.

Ageing Potential
Ready to drink now or can be kept for 3 years.
