Grapes varieties
Grenache Blanc 43%, Roussanne 34% & Marsanne 23%.

Winemaking
Skin contact maceration and cold pre-fermentation ; Juice drained from fresh grapes ;
Cold settling ; Fermentation at low temperature : 14° C. Vinification and ageing in vats with French oak staves.

Tasting notes
Bright and frank colour ; Flattering nose with white fruit scents ; Exotic evolution ; The attack in the mouth is lively ; Sweet and fruity evolution.
Serve chilled between 10° and 12° C.
