Winemaking
Parcel selection of the vineyard. Optimal maturity. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperatures control (1 month approximately).
Tasting notes
A clear shimmering ruby red. The nose offers aromas of red fruit. Smooth, fresh and elegant in the mouth with harmonious tannins where notes of spice prevail.
Ageing Potential
2 à 3 years.
