Winemaking
After a parcel selection of the vineyard, thegrapes are harvested when perfectly ripe then destemmed and trod.
Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperatures control (for 1 month approximately) and careful extraction of color and structure.

An elegant wine with notes of jammy black fruits and soft spices.
Well balanced and melted tannins.
Ruby red wine.

Ready to drink.
