Details of the wine
The terroir is composed of clay and limestone slopes with a southern exposure, a draining soil conducive to the ripening and concentration of the berries.
Around 40 year old vines.
Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats and punching twice a day, followed by maturation in stainless steel vats.
An elegant wine with notes of garrigue; cooked black fruits and a floral touch. Present structure and melted tannins. Ruby red color. Enjoy with grilled meats and ripened cheeses.
Can be kept during 5 years.
