Terroir
Limestone scree and ancient alluvia. Output per hectare: 30/40hl.

Grapes varieties
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.

Winemaking
After a parcel selection of the vinyard, the grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe then destemmed and trod. Long maceration in stainless steel vats under temperatures control (for 1 month approximatety) and careful extraction of color and structure.

Tasting notes
This wine presents smooth tannins, spicy mouth and a persistent finale. Serve between 18 and 20°C. To be enjoyed with aperitif, grilled meats and cheeses.

Ageing Potential
Ready to drink now, but will keep for 2 – 3 years.
