Terroir
The clay-limestone soils of the vineyard allow the production of a supple and fruity vin de pays.
Mediterranean climate (a period of strong sunshine in Spring and Autumn, and maximum sunshine in Summer).
Grapes varieties
Viognier : 50% & Grenache : 50%.
Winemaking
Direct pressing and filtration with rotary filters, fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
Tasting notes
Brilliant roundness, intense nose of white flowers. Accompanies: Seafood and fish platters.
